CNC PROGRAMMER
Summary:
ICE is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer for multi-axis machines. Set up and operate CNC machines including milling, turning, lathes. Be able to plan and execute work to follow delivery schedules. Troubleshoot problems to ensure quality components and on-time delivery. Be a team player and communicate across all levels of the organization.
Skills/Qualifications Preferred:
● The ideal candidate will have 5 years CNC programming and set up in a manufacturing facility, with a good work history and proficient knowledge of G & M Code programming.
● Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
● Strong math skills required, MasterCam Programming a plus but not required.
● Modify existing programs to enhance efficiency.
● Familiar with tooling for production parts and tight tolerance requirements.
● Ability to read blueprints, work from layouts and dimensions on drawings, using indicators, gauges etc.
● Maintain quality and quantity with strong sense of accountability and high standards.
● Maintain clean and orderly work area.
● Follow all safety procedures.
● Good communication with attention to detail.
Details:
Full-Time, First Shift, Salary $20.00/hr-$25.00/hr (Depending on experience)

Requirements:
2 - 3 years sales experience.
2 - 3 years in an office environment.
This is a critical customer contact position requiring good oral and written communication skills including tact and diplomacy.

Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
Typing skills.

MACHINE OPERATOR/MACHINIST
Machine operator/machinist will machine, inspect and produce manufactured product per operating procedures and instructions. Machines used in shop include: Acer and Kent Surface Grinder, Cobra and Hardinger Lathes, Hyundia Vertical Mills, Kitura CNC Mills, Optical Comparator, Bridgeport CNC, Sunnen Hone.
Skills/Qualifications Preferred:
● The ideal candidate will have a good work history, with mechanical ability and a willingness to learn.
● Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
● Two years’ experience in set up and operation, or completion of a machining program required.
● Ability to read blueprints, work from layouts and dimensions on drawings, using indicators, gauges etc.
● Maintain quality and quantity with strong sense of accountability and high standards.
● Maintain clean and orderly work area.
● Follow all safety procedures.
● Maintain records of production (scanning barcodes)
● Good communication with attention to detail.
